TV
Select the Freeview Play app on your TV’s app page and choose Freeview Explore, or go to channel 100, where you'll see the Search & Recommendations section.
Search & Recommendations
You’ll find all your favourite players near the top of the Freeview Play app, listed in a rotating carousel.
Above this in the top right-hand corner is our Search feature, where you can search our complete library of content.
In the bottom half of the screen are the top programme picks from all the players. You can move between different categories of recommendations, such as comedy or entertainment, to get different picks, depending on what you feel like watching.
You can navigate the screen using the direction buttons on your remote control. Once you’ve found a programme you want to watch, just press OK and it will start.
APP
You can find recommendations in the On Demand section of the Freeview mobile app, found in the menu at the bottom.
You'll see different categories of recommendations, such as comedy or entertainment, in a rotating carousel, and below them are the top programme picks from all the players.
Once you’ve found a programme you want to watch, just press OK and the app will link through to the individual player.
