Just make sure you are in front of your TV and have your remote handy when you call us.
APP
The Help & Support section of the Freeview mobile app has an option to search or browse FAQs. From here you can use keywords to look up how to set reminders, favourite TV shows, and change region.
You can find it in My Freeview section of the app, accessed via the settings menu, by pressing the cogwheel icon in top right corner.
Issues with a player?
