Unfortunately, it's not possible to watch programmes from another region on your TV. This is because your aerial receives signal from your nearest transmitter, which only broadcasts programming for your particular region.

However, if you have the Freeview mobile app on your phone or tablet you can watch programmes from a different region on that. Just go into the My Freeview section of the app and manually set the region by postcode.

You can watch programmes from a different region on the Freeview mobile app by manually setting the app to the region you want. To do this, go to the My Freeview section of the app, press the cogwheel icon top right and tap on Region, then manually set the region by postcode.
