The CITV channel is perfect for all children from preschool to nine year olds. With a schedule designed to fit around their day, it will show programmes that appeal to different age groups at the time that works for them.
All the CITV favourites will be there, from award winning preschool programme Pocoyo to the classic My Parents are Aliens and Horrid Henry.
CITV's wide mix of programmes includes drama, factual, preschool, entertainment, comedy and animation series which aim to both entertain and inform its young audiences.
CITV has something for all!
* Technical changes made on 5 February 2008 mean that you will need to retune your digital box or TV to receive CITV on Freeview.
Some digital boxes and TVs rescan automatically, others need to be manually retuned. If CITV appears not to be available after 5th February then manually retune your box.
To manually retune you need to press "Menu" on your remote control and follow the on-screen instructions or those printed in your manual. A typical sequence is:
- Press MENU on your remote control.
- From the Menu options, select the 'Tuning Menu'
- Select 'Auto Setup' or 'Update' to rescan your digital box or TV
If you live in Wales or do not have the full Freeview channel line-up, unfortunately you may not be able to receive CITV after this date.
